Digital Transformation - PwC

Working with PwC to carry out a company wide transformation of front end - back end systems, streamlining all aspects of the business from EPOS / Netsuite integration

Booking Engine / EPOS / NetSuite integration.

Worked along side PwC to design and implement this transformation inside a budget of £1.1m

Cloud Migrations - Deloitte

At Deloitte, I led the successful migration of over 40 applications, such as on-premise systems to Office 365, to the cloud. This project significantly reduced deployment time by 75% and increased system performance, demonstrating the transformative impact of cloud technology on operational efficiency.

BookingzNow Website/App

I spearheaded the creation of Bookingznow, a revolutionary mobile SaaS platform with a PHP-based scalable architecture.

I added features like automated reminders, customisable booking preferences, and real-time analytics enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Powerleague Website

I led the creation of the Powerleague website from the ground up. Collaborating with an agency, I designed the user journeys and developed wireframes in JavaScript React alongside a software development company.

The website utilises a Headless CMS and remains actively in use today.

Powerleague Mobile APP

The APP was built by creating Wireframes that followed the same user journeys as the website. The technology of choice was React Native since this was a cross platform code base. The project was run using Agile mythologies and completed over 6 sprints.

We implemented customer-centric features such as split payments, online payments for all booking types, and sign-in options via Face ID, Apple, and Google. The app also includes a new transfer market and push notifications to enhance user experience.

Powerplay Mobile App

The Powerplay APP was built a way for customers to check their league results and pay for games on the fly.

The technology of choice was React Native.

the APP has had over 50k+ downloads.

DNA Health Corp Website & Booking Engine

I designed, built, and deployed the main and satellite websites for DNA Health Corp. Utilising Figma for design, WordPress for development, and Jira for project management, I oversaw the entire build lifecycle from concept to completion.

I implemented a new electronic health records system aligned with our goal of improving patient care, which resulted in a 15% increase in operational efficiency and a 20% reduction in administrative costs within the first year, delivering measurable ROI.
